Exilis: Facial Rejuvenation Safe and Fast

Any cosmetic or medical procedure performed to rejuvenate aging skin problems on the face and on the neck is termed Facial rejuvenation. Prior to the advent of Exilis, cosmetic corrections to the neck and face area were performed either surgically or by invasive techniques such as dermal fillers.  The Exilis procedure employs a totally non-invasive, non-surgical method which is also pain free, and a quick office procedure. Wrinkles and fat deposits around the neck line are tough to remove and so far there has been no technology that gets rid of fat deposits on the face and neck areas, until Exilis came on the market. 35 and beyond, the aging process starts to set in with the appearance of wrinkles, sagging skin, fine lines and deposits of fat.

Is there a solution to do away with these signs of aging?

Earlier, those who could not afford the expensive treatments, lived with the issues of aging. That has since changed with the patented, revolutionary technology called Exilis. Every time you look in the mirror and despair at the sight of sagging skin around your neck and then wear accessories to cover those jowls and loosely hanging skin, well despair no more! Exilis is that wonder technology that works wonders on your face and neck; it rejuvenates and tightens your skin, once again leaving you looking young.

How does Exilis burn fat?

The sound (radio frequency) waves from the Exilis machine generates heat which penetrates the skin (area under treatment) to a depth of about 1.18 inches in comparison to 0.39 inches of skin being tightened. The amount of heat that is transmitted to the skin is monitored by a thermometer, and the energy pulsed is for about 30 seconds at a time. The device is programmed to switch off and the practitioner has to switch on the device again. The treatment rendered to each section of the area under treatment is for 7 such cycles.

The heat waves that penetrate the area under treatment cause the fat cells to break up and shrink, while the skin contracts stimulating the production of new collagen which causes the skin to tighten. For good results a certain regime has to be observed - 8 glasses of water has to be drunk before, on the day off and after the treatment; alcohol and caffeinated drinks should be avoided.

How is an Exilis treatment done?
  1. A “ground” is placed on the back of the patient, so that any potential energy generated does not cause any electrical shock.
  2. A paddle type instrument is placed on the area to be treated after some conductive gel is smoothed on the area of treatment.
  3. The paddles deliver the heat through sound waves. The thermometer monitors the heat generated.
  4. The practitioner will advise you not to pull away from the instrument at any time during the procedure, but to just let them know, if the heat gets unbearable.
  5. The treatment lasts for about an hour, there is no downtime involved, it is safe and is an office procedure.
  6. The number of sittings to achieve optimal results depends on each individual.
Be wise when you take this treatment!
Many spas and rejuvenation centers offer the Exilis treatment, but it would be wise to get yourself treated by a doctor who is familiar with this procedure. By going to a clinic which specializes in the Exilis treatment, you know you are in safe hands. A doctor will also be able to explain the treatment in detail and answer all the questions that you may have.

Looking younger has never before been this easy and or this safe!
